Here are the changes that will be in place from 07/26 to 09/08.
- Suspension of pick-ups and deliveries on July 26 from 12:00 pm, in areas affected by the opening ceremony (voir les zones)
- Suspension of deliveries on Saturdays
- Deliveries before 9:00 am and before 12:00 pm (Premium parcels) will be made during the day to most sites in the Île-de-France/Normandie/Orléans/Saint-Quentin/Chartres
- Medical Express parcels (product codes CMX & WMX) will be delivered before 12:00 pm to most sites in the Île-de-France/Normandie/Orléans/Saint-Quentin/Chartres
- Additional day on the DHL Economy Select road product code for the Import part on most sites in the Île-de-France/Normandie/Orléans/Saint-Quentin/Chartres region
- Additional day on the import air express product code for agencies impacted on most sites in the Île-de-France/Normandie/Orléans/Saint-Quentin /Chartres
- Adjustment of pick-ups by 1.5 hours in affected areas for regular customers
- Adjustment of the cut-off time to 3:00 pm for occasional pick-ups in affected areas
